The Annual Certificate as a result of an audit of the application of the tax provisions to the abovementioned companies as provided from the Article 65a of Law 4174/2013. The Annual Audit Tax Certificate of the Audit Offices is divided into two sections: the Tax Compliance Report and the Notes of Analytical Data Elements.
